Design and build your own vehicle to traverse the daring heights of a zip line!
Explore new heights with an open-ended zip line challenge. Easily set up the zip line by placing the two towers several feet apart. Students use the Engineering Design Process to create a vehicle that can attach to the zip line. Change the angle of the ZipLearn string by adjusting the height of the tower and let gravity take over. For a harder challenge, set the heights of the towers the same and challenge students to make a vehicle that can be self-propelled along the length of the string. Recommended for Elementary and up.
