Many of our products are currently experiencing very strong demand from great customers like you.

Due to this increased demand, we are battling many of the same product shortages and global shipping delays that other companies are experiencing. As a result, a small number of our most popular products are taking much longer than usual to deliver.

To help combat this, if your order includes an item that is currently sold out, we will send a similar or higher-quality version of that product at no additional cost. If an item is sold out and no similar or better version is available, we will provide you with the most current, up-to-date expected delivery date of that item. We are furiously doing everything we can to have all products back in stock and restore the fast delivery you have grown accustomed to.

We also recognize that our response time to product, shipping or invoicing inquiries is not what you've come to expect from us. We are working tirelessly to answer you as quickly as possible, but it may take days, and not hours, to receive a response. Please be assured that not being able fulfill on the level of service we strive to is very disheartening for us and we are doing everything in our power to take care of your every need. We expect these delays in responsiveness to be a relatively short-term challenge.
