Meet Botley, the robot that introduces coding to young elementary students in a friendly, fun way.
Botley can loop commands, navigate obstacle courses, detect and avoid objects, and more! Botley has googly eyes and detachable arms, but no screens, so there’s no phone or tablet required. Just pick up the remote transmitter to start coding in seconds. By pressing the arrow keys on the remote, students can program Botley to follow a coding path of up to 80 steps in a row. Students continue to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills as they strive to unlock Botley’s mysterious hidden features, which include another 40 steps. Kit includes Botley, detachable arms, remote programmer, and 42 coding cards that teach students how to map out coding by each step. Recommended for Lower Elementary and up.
