Itty Bitty Buggy Kit

Design and construct a robot, then control it via a remote on a wireless device or even with a student's voice! Working in a group of 2-3 students, they start by building one of the five projects featured in this kit including a buggy that rolls, a sloth that climbs, a bird that flaps its wings, or an alien or ladybug that walks. The pieces are also LEGO® compatible, allowing students to build even more animated robots with their own building bricks. After creating a robot, it's time to program the mCookie modules! Code commands via drag-and-drop code blocks, or write your own using Arduino, using an app on your iOS or Android device. Send the code via Bluetooth to tell the robot to move forward or backward, turn, or stop. Students can also control the robot with their voices or even play music according to colors! Recommended for Elementary and up.
